On April 13, 2018, I ordered a large thin crust Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza, cut in triangles, a personal pan, thin crust Mediterranean Veggie pizza, cut in triangles, and an order of Cheese Sticks. He said the total would be about $28.00. This was at 5:07 p.m., and the length of the call was 3:47, and I asked for it to be ready at 6:30 p.m. He said okay and that it would be ready when they got there. My husband and daughter went to pick it up and the guy said that they never received an order from me. My husband is hearing impaired, wears a hearing aid, and talks loud anyway. The guy then proceeded to get smart with him and told him that he didn't have to yell and to look at the screen and find my order. And then angrily showed him all of the tickets and orders he had done up until then. The guy never offered a solution to the problem, so they left, and we didn't get anything. Now, that made my husband mad. They said that the guy was being rude to the other customers too. This place is located in Pine Bluff, AR. In a city called Watson Chapel. I have the proof that I called on my phone. And I did place my order because I talked long enough to place one, as you can see above. The staff needs to be investigated and dealt with appropriately.

The employees were rude and could care less about their jobs...when questions were asked they were rude with their answers.
The pizza was the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I was told I could not have a small thin crust pizza without having the gluten free crust...it was worse than eating card board. I tried to call the store no luck. Tried to call customer service and after waiting for 15 minutes no one ever came to the phone...the crust was so bad my dogs wouldnt eat it. There was cold sauce and very very little cheese Now I have a pizza I can't eat and no help from a customer service...no wonder their pizza is so bad and employees are so rude...$10.00 for a small cheese pizza
I could have gone to Wal-Mart and gotten 8 tinos pizzas...you guys need to do better! I want my money back!

#0472. I went to my history to reorder a large 2 topping and when I ordered I noticed It said gluten free as a new selection before I checked out. I selected it and when I got my pizza it was a small. I called about it and tried to get another one but I was told it only came in small and could not get another. I didn't know.

I placed a take out order that total the amount of $180.00 by phone. When I arrived at the store (11:30 am) one of the employee informed me that they had no ATM service. Since I did not had the complete amount of cash on me, I head out to get cash a the nearest ATM machine. When I arrived back, I had to wait another extra 15 min (11:45 am) because on of the employee wouldn't charge me until (12:00 pm), when she punched in for work. Find out all of this in a rude maner. All of the pizzas was just sitting there. Meanwhile all of the other employees was at the back talking and not paying attention to the customers. But the worst part of all of my bad experience at that particular store was that the man that prepared the pizzas was not wearing no sanitation gloves. He was making all of the pizzas with his bare hands after wiping his sweat of his forehead. Never going back to that place again.

I called the randelman nc store to order two pizza I waited for them to. come but I had to call them they said they had delivered them to my room. I am in a assisted living home. Thier driver did not come to my room I haveplenty of people that can tell you that. Well I called back. They said they would send them back out. I waited up front as asked but never seen them. pizza delivery unsuccessful
I ordered a pizza at 11:49pm and was sent an estimated delivery time from 29-39 minutes I'm unable to have pizza delivered to my address so we use the medical clinic down the road. I waited at the medical clinic until 12:45 for my pizza and knowing your store closed at 1 I decided to drive there in case there was a mix up. They stumbled around until the decided the lady delivering had my pizza and would bring it back when she completed her run which was how they explained to me past where I live. I waited until 1:20 to receive my pizza at which point I came home to my husband and children. First of all I never said a negative word to any employee but this is ridiculous I paid 2.99 extra to have my pizza delivered and didn't receive it until an hour and a half later and only because I picked it up. I paid for this pizza and in my opinion should have been offered a refund or even a coupon for free pizza or anything that would compensate this mess. I am a regular costumer and until tonight I never considered not ordering from here again.

While eating a Papa John's pizza I took a bite and bit down on an olive pit. It knocked out a filling and a crown next to it. I contacted the restaurant and Andy Daiek (store #1495) said to send the invoices for dental work to him and he would send me a check. On June 14 I sent the first invoice and on June 22 I sent him the second. That is the point where he stopped communicating with me. He refuses to answer emails. The way he is acting I am going to have to take the business to court which will be for more than the dental bills. How can you treat customers this way is beyond me. I just bought a philly cheese steak pizza from the local franchise, here in Murray, Kentucky. I purchased it, based on a picture sent to my home on a flyer. The pizza pictured, and the one I got are night-and-day different, in that there is barely any steak at all on the one sold to me, or veges, for that matter. This is the second Papa John's pizza I have ever bought, and, I am having my office staff return this piece of crap to the franchise owner in a few minutes, and demanding my money back! I will be posting pics of the pizza you sold me, side-by-side with the advertisement pic, so that others may be warned on my fb page. If you can afford a stadium to honor yourself, and use the catch phrase "better ingredients make better pizza", don't you think you might try to give the customer what has been promised? This is simply 'stealing'! How does the management of your organization even sleep at night?

I went into your Germantown location and your general manager was rude and seemed to be more into her personal phone call than she was when I arrived. I asked one of the drivers leaving who she was and he in turn said she was the Gm and simply walked away. Also this is not my first encounter with her. You all seem to not take heed that your general manager is incompetent and rude. Nor does it seem like you all care about the customers. I will not be returning to your papa johns this location or any other. I refuse to be treated as if I don't matter. I know it was a personal call because she said I gotta go I have someone in front of me. This store has fallen down from the what it used to be. I did not order and the last time I made my order she messed up my pizza another young lady gave me a credit so I wanted to redeem that but you all haven't done anything for her actions in the past and I will no longer continue to feel as if I'm not a paying customer. I'm complaining about your staff. I wish I could see the way you teach them to talk to... employees. Yes, not the customers. I myself have witnessed several situations when the manager talked to employees in a rude manner. All other customers could hear it. Maybe there was a reason like a slow service, but if you want to show how big you are, then just do it one to one so nobody could see.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza from the lemoyne store in pa on market st. I asked for no bacon, extra buffalo swirl and then made a call in to ask for extra of the buffalo sauce on the side. The time estimated for the delivery was 25-35 minutes. It got here in approximately 35 minutes. When it got here, i opened the pizza to see there was no buffalo sauce on the pizza at all and the pizza was not even cut. My boyfriend then tried to catch the driver but he had already left so he then called the store to speak to the manager. The manager said he can have the pizza remade correctly and sent back out but he wants the pizza that was messed up back. We now have to wait over and hour to get one pizza and we can't eat at all because he wants the pizza back to just throw it away. This is ridiculous. We will not be ordering again if this can't be resolved.

I came in around 8 pm on a Sunday to order a pizza. When I came in the workers had thier back to me. One teen working was laying on his arms in the flour on the prep counter. Not knowing I was there (they had the front door blocked open) I watched this young man proceed to make piles of flour with his entire arm (elbow to hands). This went on for a good 2 minutes, he would pick the flour up and drop it and then would drag his arms over the prep area and collect the flour. It looked like a small child that was building sand castles. I said "excuse me, do you do that ro everyones food?". He turned around started and began to slap flour off his arms. He looked very "guilty". Another guy jumped in and said "we prep our hands to handle the dough so it does not stick". I said "I can see hands yes, arms... no and it takes 2 minutes or so leaning on the prep counter to do this?". I asked for a manager.. and suprise.. there were none. I began to walk outside and saw a gentleman and asked if he worked there, he replied no and walked in. He went over talkes to the two guys and quickly said to me "I am a manager, but Im not working now". So, let me get this straight.. you dont work here but after talking to them your a manager, just not on duty? Yes, he replied. I explained the entire ordeal to him and the other two guys. His only response was " Oh, ok.. I'll take care of this. Since my order was an online order.. I said just forget the pizza and refund my money please. No questions were asked, no I'm sorry, no what can we do to fix this or even another look besides 3 blank stares. I will never eat there again and this is a warning to order from places with teens that have no manager or adult supervison on hand.

does papa john's return left over wrong delivery!?
Today I ordered 2 Pizzas (Super Papa and cheese pizza). After my family starts eating, they find out that super papa doent have any meat; its only veg.
I called customer sevice and they appologized and they send the correct Supper papa pizza.
I was surprized when the delivery man asked for the Vegi Pizza, and told him do your company polocy required return of the remaining of wring food delivery!? He said it was my mistake and he took what remaining of the pazza.
I don't recal any thing like this with any franchise restaurants back in the states. Thanks

The manager inform that he gave me a credit for next time I ordered. I called today and they said they have no notes of any credit. I told him to give me some names of the manager and I may remember, but I still couldn't remember the mangers name. I am highly upset about this because I am very loyal customer of Paja Johns.

I just want to tell you that your customers service is very bad in bahrain, in a juffair branch,... This peoples understand nothing, and their drivers are very, very, slow.!.. 1h30 just to bring one sauce, from the same area? Only 1 km...
After calling 4 times the hot line delivery, nobody call me back to inform me about... And after all this time, I finally get my sauce... But my pizza was cold...
Its not the first time happened!... They always forget something!

I was a long time employee of Papa John's, 10+ yrs.. and I have to say I loved my job. And as with everything in life I know things change, so when a new manager had come into the store, she had decided she was gonna try to get rid of employees she no longer wanted. She wasn't capable of handling manager duties, she would constantly talk bad about her employees causing conflict on a regular basis.. I bring a long time employee knowing the current employees at the time they all performed their duties, except for the manager, she would be constantly in the office or leaving to do personal errands while on the clock. After a couple of months of dealing with her attitude towards her job and employees I decided to quit. I never wanted to quit my job, I really liked working there.. I had recently found out that the manager in question had been fired for numerous reasons, so I contacted the new manager in hopes of getting my job back. He told me that he didn't need anyone at the moment and that he would hire me back when an opening was available... After months of expecting to be hired, I am now being told the district managers no longer want me employed there. I've never had any complaints against me our done anything that would keep me from being rehired. I believe it in fact has to do with only one district manager that has the belief out with the old and in with the new... and if your not a young pretty female, you can forget about a job or any room for advancement with this company, Bajco to be specific... I will be happier working for another pizza chain and giving them my 10+ yrs experience, and 100%...
