I order my meal online which came with a soda. I ordered a ginger ale and instead they gave a Sierra Mist which no one asked for or drinks. I call the store which is 3929 White plains rd in the bx. The manager said that there werent any more ginger ale would like something else and they will send it to me being i dont live far... So have it is 1:30am store closes at 1 no soda! Never show called or anything! Second time! Im walking there tomrrow! Will not get my service or money again!

It was 11:00 pm Aug 1, 201 me and my husband wanted a pizza so we order the large 1 topping for 10 bucks w hamburger and lite on sauce even despite asking for no sauce we got it home there was so much sauce it was running off pizza I called to ask for new pizza and the manager Davis wouldn't do nothing a all I'm I am a very loyal costumer 6 plus yrs and have never complained about
no refund for incorrect pizza
I purchased a pizza online and accidently without knowing I ordered it with ham. I called the store immediately once the detailed invoice showed that ham was on half of the pizza. The store rep said they will correct the order but when the driver showed up the pizza wasn't changed. The driver reassured that he would bring back the correct pizza but 1 hr later when I called to see how much longer, it wasn't placed. The store only offered a courtesy pizza that I reordered 4 days later for carryout but when I got there Amara Jester said it was for delivery. The pizza was still in the store but she got offended when I said they just can't get my pizza order right. First, thanks for any opinion, don't assume my diisappointment with service to anger. Secondly, I lost money in this deal but they lost my business. Finally, I'm pointing this out to inform that customer service in this store need work and warn future customers to beware.
two medium pizzas
My fiancé and I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery from the heath ohio location. We ordered online and our quoted time was between 1030 to 1040 and he didn't arrive until 1115 and the pizzas were awful! I'm not one to complain but the cheese was cold. It was like paying 17 dollars for leftover pizza. I work in the restaurant business myself and I was very disappointed as I get home late from serving people all day and just wanted to relax with my family and have food made for me for a change and it was a devastating disappointment.
driver forged tip after I gave her cash
I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of wings on Tuesday night, even though I didnt want to, but they are one of the only places that deliver in our area and it was too late to cook,
The total was $34 which I paid for with my debit card. The driver arrived, I signed the receipt, and wrote cash on the tip line. Gave her a $7 cash tip ( standard 20%)
I checked my account this morning and the driver added a $7 tip on my card. This is theft and forgery! Not only is your founder a racist, but your employees are thieves
I will be pressing charges against this driver. I dont care that it was only $7 or not, a thief is a thief. Never again will I order from your company again.

I had an overcharge last Friday, I have called the store 4 times and not one manager can seem to refund the money back to me or issue a credit. Every time I call the general manager is out and according to the staff, he is the only person who can issue the credit, which seems ridiculous. I have gotten the run around every time that I have called and it still hasn't been resolved. There seems to be no concern for the customer.

My girlfriend and I were just your Dorchester Avenue location in Boston, Massachusetts. The customer service we got from your staff member Naiera was over the phone was very mediocre. Then we arrived at the location we noticed one of the line cooks not wearing gloves and she had her headphones on. This was poor customer service and we are never coming back to this store EVER AGAIN.

On june 25th i ordered pizza from our local papa johns in terry town la, i live in algiers (new orleans) la. I live in a 3 apt old house and have had pizza drivers have a hard time locating our door, so i had recently started putting in the delivery instructions house on corner of belleville st door on patterson to try and give a marker. This has worked other times, not this time. The pizza was already running late by 20 mins i didn"t hear my phone right away missed call . I call number back i leave a message with a description of the front of my house and where my door is. Wait a few to see if they come back as we wait my husband looks at my phone and notices that there is another number so he calls this was papa johns store number. He says who he is and our address he is told the driver had been here and we didn't answer and they will send the driver back. Well i'm sorry no one knocked we have two dogs if the delivery policy is now driver calls and you go out and get your pizza that is not what i expect or accept as delivery. Now comes the best part. Driver comes back now the only reason i even know this, is i happen to see this person and the end of a car in the middle of bellville st, they are on the phone got their hands and arms all a waving, they are not calling me at this point to find me. I wasn't positively sure if it was the pizza. Now i call one of the previous numbers i get the store, again say who i am where i am and that im not sure that i see the driver but if it is they are on the wrong street. I am told she will call the driver. Now driver calls and very rudely tells me she is back again that i'm not where i said i am, that she left me a message ect. She is still back walking. I am already upset i say i can see you out the window you are on the wrong street she now want's to argue with me that she is on the street. That i said i was on bellville st. Now i start yelling my address is 733 patterson rd i said house on corner patterson and bellville . She keeps yelling stop yelling at me at this point my pizza is well over an hour late and getting this behavior, i said just never mind just keep it. I had more than enough and if she had listened to my message she would have had no problem finding my door on my street. I was only trying to give the driver a marker and if that confused her i am sorry about that. However i should have gotten, i am sorry i couldn't find the address not an attitude. My biggest issue is that she never went to our front door or even our side door that is our roomates which is on bellville st he was also home. If she had bothered to knock even on the wrong door our room mate would have sent her to the front. My neighbors all know us and would have also directed her to our door as we have had to do for them a time or two.

This manger here is running customers away from the store. Horrible service and doesn't deserve my business I've taken care and always been respectful to everyone at this store. Order has been screwed up many times and I hope that the store owner will speak to his employees and manger running the store. As I will never be returing to this store location...

First I placed an order for a three toppings pizza and 16 wings and a 2 liter for $38.00 Which was an rip off..The driver knocked on my door so hard like he was being robbed..I live in a good neighbor over 250, 000 homes..I gave my daughter a $50.00 bill and the driver told me he could not take it or give her any change ..Which was $12.00 dollars. He said he have to ask his manager because he didn't have change and the bill was too high..I called the manager who had a very nasty attitude and she statement that they can't take a $50.00 bill..I asked her why they didn't tell me that..Its only $12.00 dollars change he would have to give me...I have cameras all around my house .I'm definitely not going to hurt your driver...This was very embarrassing and it make me and my kids fell some type of way...Plus they had my order wrong...Only in Montgomery AL...The new store on Atlanta Highway...

Omg I am soooooo upset! They got my order completely wrong! And it's was like $30 just for 1 large and a small? Isn't that like upper class pizza prices? Jesus... And do u know what they did to me? They put chicken in my vegan pizza! I was like sick all night and morning man. If o was a hard time vegan I would have probably used this company man. Like wow..; I felt like I ate bits and pieces of animal muscles and tissues and stuff man... Horrendous... I ended up eating a little after trying to take the chicken off but eww man it was like infected already and there was still little pieces throughout man ; I'm freaking traumatized! One of papa John employee from queens store named Ahmed Usman made a delivery on 6/1 and stop in from oh my home and throw his trash one garbage of loose papers receipts and bottles in front of my home .
I spent my entire evening cleaning and maintaining my property and your employee does not have the common courtesy to put his garbage in the garbage .
I know this will not go anywhere because it never does but what he left behind was a copy of his paycheck .
I called the local papa John office on Francis Lewis Blvd and spoke to someone who hung up the phone on my twice .
I am expecting a phone call or and email mail to address this issue

My plan ahead order was over 35 minutes late. To make matters worse, the delivery driver realized she delivered our order to the incorrect house. Your plan ahead ordering is a failed system. 80% of the time, our plan ahead orders arrive 30 minutes to an hour late. I will never order from the store that delivers to our area again. I have given too many chances, 20% are good, the other 80% terrible. I always get the story that they are busy and swamped when I call to find out where my delivery is at. Something needs to be done with the store we order from

They are making food that is rotten. They have no makeline. Everyday they are bring in ice ti keeep food cold. Now they ars bring in ice and food because there no way to keep any food cold. Health departnent has been called twice. They are investigating and you all stand behind this and make people sick. Im sickend by this and I think cheyenne needs to know

I ordered for delivery (order #[protected]). Unfurtanetely my pizza was delivery COLD. Can you image how it's eating a cold pizza. So if possible put more attention in that... i undertand the weather at this moment but that isent a reason to delivery a CV old pizza. My order was place a 7:30 pm and patienly wait until 9:00pm to get the pizza and then I got a COLD PIZZA. That is unacceptable. Hope you put more attention in the deliveries.
driver safety issue in cape coral fl
In stores owned by Ro Ho Ho. South west Florida. The district manager, Steven Fredrickson, is forcing drivers to lock their personal cellphones in a box. This is a huge safety issue because if a driver is in an accident or their car breaks down or they are robbed, they have no way to call for help. And I was just fired after working there for 9 years for refusing to do so. Please look into this. He is putting drivers lives at risk. Not to mention a lawsuit if a driver is injured or hurt because they cant call for help.
I wish someone would put that nasty young man from the Palm Beach Blvd. Location in East Fort Myers, FL that works in the front taking orders in a pine box, he needs to be fired for the way he talked to me this week and again yesterday he flipped me the middle finger as I was in my car passing by him. He will get his own self fired because of his mouth. You don't do people wrong because it will come back to you 10 fold. The manager just let's him get by with it. I give him a month and he will be fired.

Hi! Just wanted to say how unhappy I am with one of your shops. My husband called to order a pizza before 10pm, when weny to pick it up about 10.15pm they had no idea what i'm talking about. Apparently some system issue, but when my husband called the shop directly it suddenly came up. Like really? Waited another 15min plus for my order and as inconvenience I only got a dip! Seriously?
And on the top of that that pizza was so oily! Never ever had that with you guys. I'm your customer for such a long time but to be honest I don't really want to go back to my local one. Very upset and disappointed
Your branch in Elm Park, Essex gets to van deliveries a week. It is a residential area and deliveries should be from 07:30 onwards however the come before 5am most days walking up the neighbourhood twice a week. Even on the Back Holiday Monday they came at 5am! Selfish and inconsiderate. Complaints have been made to the shop on benefits occasions but they ignore us or say they've tried to sort it out but it is nothing to do with then what time the van delivers. Rubbish. It is against the law. Stop it now!

I ordered pizza and it was totally messed up my order. When i complained with 5 min to the store guy Ali said nothing we can do we will not refund or do replacement and either we will not send delivery man to collect pizza the way of talking was really rude no sorry no. Apologies and THIS is not the FIRST time last week they did the same i waisted my time and money. Waisted my time calling and emailing head office NO action has been made as been told you should contact the store before logging the complain online ( i did 3 times) I thought i I ordered online so better log complain online.
Anyway left messages for manager he didn't bother at all his supervisor Abdul misbehave.
Anyway i left that issue and made a new start and ordered again and this time situation was even more worse now pizza are in my fridge. Cuz they paid no attention i called right next minute.
Now i want refund back previous and this new order as well.
I been very polite and only ask replacement but to be honest it was my mistake if this franchise have no sense or responsibility ot care why should i leave my money.
