Car Vision - 2023 Nissan Ariya Purchase & EV Tax Rebate Fraud

Bait-and-switch pricing on a 2023 Nissan Ariya. Car Vision advertised the vehicle online for $19,999 after the EV rebate, but forced a $23,999 base price at signing. General Sales Manager Keith Penny explicitly signed a written contract provision guaranteeing I could apply for the $4,000 rebate independently later. Instead, they completely failed to submit the legally mandated IRS Point-of-Sale paperwork, blocking the credit entirely. Management (Nestor Calderon) has formally refused to honor their signed contract terms or refund the $4,000 discrepancy. Total breach of contract and deceptive consumer practices. The dealership accepted a Bank of America Cashier's Check carrying a restrictive endorsement memo reiterating these exact terms, yet they still refuse to cure this $4,000 financial loss. Avoid this dealership.

Car Vision - Service

I purchased a great, comprehensive warranty with my vehicle less than three years back, that cover the issues i’m having. However, the warranty did not want to pay my chosen infiniti dealership solely because there was a sales location from where I purchased the vehicle close by. They denied the claim and told me I had to take it to a car vision in that area. When I did on another date, today, they had no loaner vehicles (like infiniti did, for any of the dates they had open) and upon arrival, there was still a 45 minute wait just to get the car, a diagnostics, which had already been done at infiniti. Even more frustrating and inconveniencing for me, having to wait in this freezing, cold service area, losing an entire day of productivity to do some thing that could’ve been done a week ago and covered by my warranty. I am losing money just being here waiting. Unbelievable! Expensive car. Expensive warranty! Cheap business and bad service!

Desired outcome: Waive the deductible for inconvenience! I only want to deal with Infiniti dealership for repairs covered under warranty. I don’t want to deal with carvision for service! Going to lose in future sales
