Never buy a car from here! Almost brand new vehicle haven’t even had it for a year and it has been back to car vision 5 times already and they have yet to resolve any issue. First they put the wrong battery in my vehicle, replaced it, engine light comes on, they don’t resolve that issue and now it is coming back for another battery issue. Don’t do it! Get a used vehicle for a certified dealer. The GM JP is horrible! Do not ask for support or guidance in his behalf. He is not available or supportive of his staff and needs legal to do his job for him.

A part was ordered for car to be fixed 3 days ago car should have not been driven until car vision can fix problem persisting with car they did not give her a loner to drive and customer overpaid for car they took advantage of her, she has had 3 strokes in the past 5 years. She had no proper representation with her to explain when purchasing vehicle.
Desired outcome: Loner car while vehicle is fix properly, and proper representation to explain to her the cost of purchased vehicle she over paying ripping her off.

After buying my car from carvision Mitsubishi in Norristown Pennsylvania I came across an incident where I had to give it back to them to pay for something else they had told me that you have a 30-day window to bring the car back if you didn't like it for any reason when I bought the car I was within that 30 days didn't make one payment yet I sold the car back to them they wouldn't just take it back I was told that they would pay off my auto loan there is a lien on the car and I was to get my deposit back of $8,000 none of that happened I walked out with $1,000 and they have yet to pay off my car loan
Desired outcome: I want my car loan paid off in full and I want my $8,000 back as I was going by the word and that's a verbal contract of what your sales team and told me and your managers

I purchased a 2018 Mercedes-Benz on April 25, 2022 for 30,298.00 less $5,000 for my trade in. Mileage 68,952. I began feeling and hearing a knocking in August. Around that time, I was asked to bring in the vehicle to Car Vision for the free oil change before August 26, 2022. I brought the car in on August 25, 2022 and informed there was the knocking. Mileage was 73,261. I was asked to leave the vehicle to diagnostic. I was informed on 8/31/2022 that "Engine Mount-Part $220/Labor $382.75 and Transmission Mount-Part $285/Labor $425.28 and T-Bone-Part $150/Labor $70.88. Total $1,678.67.
When I went back on September 9, 2022 I was informed also: Rear Differential (Clutches) $1,100 and CD Player Internal Failure $393 and Memory Card for Navigation $186.30. Total $3,500 taxes included. I was also told there was probably a transmission issue that had to be diagnosed by Mercedes-Benz because Car Vision did not have the tools and Car Vision would take the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz for the diagnostic. I questioned the repairs and should I take the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz. I was told they would have it diagnosed.
I asked for my vehicle at that point and paid the $141.76 diagnostic fee. I took my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz and paid $199 for the diagnose. I was told they had to flush the rear differential assembly and was charged $554.50, $57 Parts/Labor $497.50. I also had a exterior bulb out Part $27.13/Labor $37.50. Replaced Windshield Wiper Blade $38.50 Part/Labor $25.00 and lastly Replace Rear Disc Brake Rotors, Brake Pads and Wear Sensor Wires-Total was $675.10. Total Labor for everything $922.50, Total Parts $435.23. Total Charges $1,357.73, Sales Tax $81.46
Car Vision attempted to charge me for bogus repairs in the amount of $3,500 on a vehicle I purchased from them only four (4) months prior.
I have documentation in PDF format of diagnostics and cost from Car Vision and Mercedes-Benz West Chester, however cannot upload but are available upon request.

I just finished speaking to Ren of CarVision on Friday, May 6, 2022. He is not a representation that works onsite. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 at CarVision Mitsubishi Norristown on Friday, April 29, 2022. The car requires a new wheel alignment, it drives toward the right. Today Friday, May 6, 2022, the vehicle's transmission light alerted me at 3:05 pm.
The dash also showed the vehicle's Battery Voltage 14.5 volts. The car has 54006 miles as my son and daughter sat inside the vehicle at their school pick-up.
I called Car Vision service department at 3:05 pm. I spoke to Ren at 4:05 pm and 4:58 pm. He asked me to return the vehicle at CarVision Mitsubishi Norristown on Saturday, May 7, 2022. The concern was that the company would not be able to offer a loaner or complimentary ride back home after the drop-off.
On the 4:58pm call, Ren said that I could take the car to the CarVision of Maple Shade on Monday. The Cadillac XT5 would need to be diagnosed and then a determination would be made by the service agent on site.

5/9/2022 @ 4:47pm Spoke to Rocky at the Maple Shade Service Center he stated the car was serviced and the technician fixed the gear shift. He stated that nothing else was repaired on the car and to pick it up. He did not have the wheel alignment repaired and he did not check the transmission, alternator, or battery.
5/9/2022 4:59pm : I just got off the telephone with Delilah of Maple Shade Service Department, I request Rocky. Delilah stated they I spoke to her when I have never spoken to her previously. She stated that if the wheel alignment needed repair I would have to pick up the vehicle, take it home and call in for a new service appointment.
Desired outcome: The car requires a wheel alignment and the dashboard should not read transmission and the battery should not give a false reading.
Car purchase scam
I was sold a car with a bad transmission bad shocks broken windshield missing screws to safety devices and shocks that just squeak every little bump. I put less than 300 miles on the 2018 outlander in 27 days. I bought it with 60,000 miles on it. They refuse to fix the car. After going there they just put me on the waiting room for 3 hours with my wife and newborn. After realizing they had no interest in fixing the car or taking the lemon back we left. I’m contacting the BBB for this reason. This can not be legal! they sold me a broken car with a warranty they have no interest in fulfilling. I can not keep this car it’s junk and dangerous for my family. They told me 30 day warranty no questions asked and now we sit over here at car vision and they are just wasting days here for work that never going to get done.
Desired outcome: Take the lemon back and cover all cost associated with the lemon car they sold us.

I purchased my very first vehicle from Carvision. You can imagine my excitement as I test drove only one vehicle and eagerly sat down to purchase it. My purchase was made in cash 10, 0000. Plus I purchased an extended warranty.
The second day I had my car it got stuck into park (shifting into drive and the car stayed in park), I somehow convinced myself after turning it off and on that there were no issues. I had an issue with my tires so the next day after purchasing, I had to take it back to carvision to get my tire sensors fixed and mentioned it to the service department at carvision. They said they had never heard of it (a vehicle getting stuck in park so later on I recorded it to prove it to them). After it occurred multiple times and looking into my carfax I took it to carvision and showed them there was a recall for the part and they ordered it. I had decided to get it fixed by dodge (since it was a recall). The problem still continued which led dodge to believe it was a transmission issue. I let the mechanics at carvision know about this and asked them to check if there was a transmission issue. I was assured (in writing too) that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I begged them to check because the vehicle had an issue ( I get stuck traveling and evenshowed them a video of it happening), I was told by the technician and manager that "they couldn't throw parts at a car they had nothing wrong with it". I sat in carvision and cried my eyes out, how embarrassing and humiliating it was to show all of these things that are wrong with a car (even video proof and documents from another dealer, just to have someone say they cannot do anything).
So I took it back to dodge and payed 169 dollars for them to diagnose it. They told me I needed a transmission part that would cost THOUSANDS. Carvision did not want me to bring the vehicle back in and insisted I got documentation of the diagnosis dodge gave me. I complied and gave them the documents. They were uncertain if they would repair the vehicle even though...I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. So now... it feels as if salt is being rubbed on my wound. I was told that Carvision would get back to me for an update for next steps. In the meantime I decided to take a look at the warranty and found out it is with a third party company (Virginia Surety company). I contacted them about the warranty and was told that THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME ON FILE. Which means as far as they are concerned this warranty does not exist.
After calling again, I was told a transmission would be ordered for me, but they do not have a single clue when it will arrive or where it is coming from! This means, I am meant to pay for a warranty, and not get any service (as far as I know) and keep a car that continously gets me stuck.
Because I know the warranty has no record of me, I cannot sit around and wait for Carvision to do right by me. I will make sure every review place knows of my story. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General, along with BBB. My next step is legal action. We have a contract and I do not understand why it is so hard for people at this business to be upfront and actually talk to me about my concerns. I get 0 direct answers, and as I have said, I have been dealing with this issue since I purchased the vehicle. I cannot sit around and be depressed over a vehicle I have had for less than 2 months, and wasted my savings on. I hope people can learn from my experience and do their homework before buying.

On 5/20/2021 I called [protected] and asked if I could speak to the Finance department. The man said hold while he calls them. Instead of transferring me he acted as a third party. I wanted to know if I had gap insurance due to my car being totaled. The man had an attitude because I asked to speak to the rep myself. The rep came on and told me that I did not have gap insurance. I asked her if she could send me documentation of her response. She stated that the only thing she could do is sent me a screenshot of me not having insurance. Then the manager told me the same. Pretty much that they are not going to get my hard copy because their computer states that I did not purchase gap insurance. VERY UNPROFESSIONALLLLL!
Desired outcome: THE OUTCOME IS THAT THEY WILL NOT GET THE HARD COPY TO PROVE i SIGNED STATING I DID NOT HAVE GAP INSURANCE!!

A check that I am owed by this dealer is now two weeks late. I have been promised two deadlines to get this check and both have passed. I can no longer get in touch with anyone at the dealerships accounting department and I feel cheated, lied to, and stolen from. My next step is to contact better business and report this fraud. Purchased a car from Car Vision 3 months ago. Should have read their reviews before my purchase. I live 4 hours away and went in on a Saturday. Was their for at least 3 hours. The car was not clean so it was difficult to see the condition of the paint. After agreeing to make the purchase I noticed the hood release was missing. Ok can't see the engine! They acted like they didn't know this. They reassured me if there where any problems I can return the car within 30 days and they would deduct money for the hood release. After cleaning the car I noticed the entire car was severely covered with circular buff marks. Temporary plates were put on the car and I waited for the registration and plates to be mailed. After seeing the registration was expiring I called to ask why I hadn't recieved anything. Many answers from I don't know, we done take care of out of state plates, to no call back! They finally told me I needed to have emissions and to send the report via email. Then they said to mail the original. By that time the temporary plate expired. Now they say it will take at least 13 days. So now I have a car I can't drive due to no registration. I call after 13 days. No we can't register the car because you haven't sent us your insurance information! Meantime I'm paying insurance, car payments, with the phoney warranty and I can't drive the car! 3 months now and still don't have a copy of the warranty ($3000.00) and no registration. Never have I once had a returned phone call or email on any resolve. I've been lied to left on hold for 20 minutes until I just hang up. And have been blamed for everything that has transpired. I was never told of any documents needed and after leaving information and sending documents was told they never got the message or the documents! They have inexperienced sales people and managers that don't care after the sale is made and it's scary! Stay clear of this place. They've already been sued by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. They need to be put out of business.

I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE DONT GO HERE. LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ-- This place doesn't even deserve one star. There is simply NO communication between anyone that works there. I went in to get my Jeep Wrangler appraised and to look at a 2008 ford escape they had. I made an appointment (which is useless) when I got there they told me the ford wasn't even at their lot it was being serviced at a Ford dealership because something was wrong with "the emergency brake system" (really unprofessional no one called to tell me this before I went in) they offered me 22, 000 if I traded in my jeep and 21, 000 if I just wanted to sell it. I wanted to wait and see what happened with the ford so they said wait a week, come back and we'll give you the same deal. I was even in contact with them through out the week and the deal remained the same. Never once was it said that the offer only lasted one day. I make an appointment again for 1 o'clock on Saturday afternoon get there and the sales person I was working with is helping not one but two separate groups of customers. So I wait for about 25 minutes and an appraiser who I believe said his name was Joe. He says I'll look at the Jeep again because that number is wrong. After spending about 2 minutes in the car he says they'll give me 19, 000 (which is a garbage offer) then they start to say the offers only last one day and you should have taken the deal last week. So after I left I called because I wanted a better explanation as to why the offer was so low after being put on hold several times I talked with a Emma or Emily who is an Internet sales manager she again puts me on hold so I go back to the dealership and talk to Lee Williams who says there is no Emma or Emily, (I was on the phone with her in their parking lot not 2 minutes before this) so I explain the situation to him again and he starts giving this all these hypotheticals as to why the car might be worth 2, 000 less in only 7 days when Jeeps have one of the best resale values of any car. he then says there is no record that I was ever offered 22, 000 in the first place. I stopped him and said please just give me a straight answer as to why the price is so low, and the appraiser says "it just it worth that much" and Lee Williams says "what would you like us to do" basically in a way that meant they don't care that I wasted my time there and they didn't want to talk about it any longer so I left. Bottom line is no one there communicates with each other. Making an appointment doesn't matter and just because one person tells you something doesn't mean they're right.

I purchased my car here in 2009. Without my knowledge the person selling me my car added a 2000$ warranty. Once I got home and realized it was on there I called to try to get it removed and they wouldn't budge. I recently went to have my car serviced at a dealership and NOTHING was covered under that warranty. It was a waste of money! There are sneaky salesman that work here and I will NOT be coming back here to buy my next car. Also the day I picked my car up it was supposed to be detailed and cleaned and the guy didn't have it ready so I ended up leaving the lot with a dirty car!

I hope you will also report this practice to the Better Business Bureau. I had a similar experience and found many others that did as well with their "warranty". They add the warranty sometimes without the buyer's knowledge and if you notice; explain it is a bumper to bumper warranty that covers everything. When people hear that most assume it is a good thing and say nothing more until they need to actually have the vehicle serviced (which is likely). Then they discover that the warranty is nothing more than an expensive piece of paper that they are financing along with the vehicle.
Bad cars bad service
Bought a Vechile in june 2010 things were fine for a bout a week then the instrument panel began to light up like a christmas tree.. took the vechile in to have it looked at by car vision they stated it was a bad chip in the key.. so they sent us to chyrsler sport to get a key.. two weeks later.. the panel lit up again.. again we took it back to car vision this time they said it was a bad fuse... okay?
went to lancaster on the way to lancaster it lit up again and the gages dropped down to no reading... again we took it back to car vision they stated it was a fuse.. i refused to believe that ..so i got Dennis the Manager at that time involved..we was sent to sport chrysler again they could not reduplicate the problem but fixed some type of module that was recalled.. no more lighting up Yeah! took the car in to get inspected befor the warranty ran out at car vision.. they passed the vechile!
39 days later i took the car into get an oil change to firestone... who i have done buisness with since 2003 they have never done me wrong.. a man came out and said... this car should have never passed inpection the right and left arm bushings are comming out and the right tire is cracking and looks dry rot..
we took it back friday and we put off untill Monday... monday we went in a i had pictures and every piece of document from the get go of all the problems we had..
we were scheduled for repairs tuesday.. although i did not want them to fix it i wanted my mechanic to work on it and them pay for it... they would not...so i reluctantly had them fix it..while waiting for the car the desk person came over and stated i had a nail in the left tire.. i was pissed by then a yelling match broke out in carvision because they think women don't know anything about cars...i said do not fix it i will have my mechanic look at it... took it to my mechanic it was a short screw that did not puncture the tire.. no charge by fire stone? but car vision was ready to charge me 24.99...

Again I urge ANYONE who has had a bad experience with Car Vision to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. Their warranty, service, and vehicles are misleading and their practice unethical. I had a similar experience where my wife purchased a vehicle there and within two weeks and despite the "Bumper to Bumper" $2500 warranty told to take it to Jim Wynn VW. They took one look at the car and noted a ton of things wrong with it. This despite their ONE HUNDRED PLUS service check.
Substandard Car/Horrible Service
Please don't let their great website fool you. We got a Acura TL from them in 2001. Took it to their shop for service >$700. Returned it for service a month later for the same issue for another $150 plus some chiding from the mechanic. Eventually we had to take it to Acura dealership where they billed warranty for over $1000. Fast forward to 2009, the paint on the hood is peeling and there is rust. Took it to a body shop and Acura who both tell me that the car had been repainted with some cheap paint. It will cost us at least $1000 to fix the paint job.
So for your own peace of mind, stay away from Car Vision.

Horrible Service
I initially purchased a vehicle from them in 2004 when they operated out of a trailer. Despite their 118 point inspection service advertised on their web site, my vehicles battery wasn't connected and kept stalling. Then the radio went. I finally decided to take it to the car make dealer where they stuck me with a $600 bill for repairs that should have been caught in their "118" point inspection. I guess that lifting the hood is not part of their 118 point inspection.
I decided to try them again in April and bought a late model, low mileage, foreign car. Two weeks after purchase the vehicle made a horrible noise. We called Car Vision who told us that we need to contact the vehicle dealer. Fortunately it was still under the manufacturer warranty as there were over 8 significant things wrong with the vehicle. The tech billed VW over $1, 000 for the parts and services that they performed and imagine our cost would have been double that 2 weeks after buying a "118" point inspection vehicle. We asked the VW Tech if that was something that should have been caught and he said "Most definitely". He said they likely detailed the car but definitely did not do an inspection or the issues would have been caught. BUYERS BEWARE. They do not check nor stand by the cars they sell!
OK car salesman just for you I am going to find copies of my repair bills on the two vehicles I purchased from Car Vision. The repairs both took place within 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicles and were a combined over $2750. The repairs were NOT covered by their "Bumper to Bumper" warranty and both established long term dealers of the vehicle make told us that these issues would have and should have been discovered by a simple check.
I am far from alone car salesman when it comes to complaints about Car Vision. My Wife and I contacted the Better Business Bureau about their unethical practices and have urged others to do the same and avoid making a similar mistake.

The "car salesman" comment is very suspicious at best. The only response is do your homework? I have first hand knowledge of this dealership's inner workings. Their whole business model is buy damaged cars and sell them as great condition. They have there own body shop to try and cover up what is really wrong with the cars they buy. A simple diagnostic check on the computer system, or even a visual check on major components, will reveal any problems. A customer comes to a dealer because the dealer is the "expert", no amount of homework will protect a customer from an unscrupulous dealer because they go to great lengths to hide the truth from you. How dare you cover for the gross, criminal negligence, that goes on at that dealership. Have you no shame? Please people, do not buy a car from this dealer. You have been warned!
I am sure that if the dealer opened up anything on the vehicle that the manufacturer would have refused to work on it. So next time be more specific with your complaints about what was wrong with your vehicle and what channels you used to satisfy your complaint. I wish more customers would tell the good stories instead of vague unsubstantiaded claims of wrong doing by the car dealers. Take some responsibilty for your own buying decision and do more homework next time.
