CVS - Service

I am complaining about the CVS store on Harrison Ave Nutley NJ
I bought some items and was informed
That they needed to round up my purchase
Because it's there policy for covid was not to issue coins back because of the virus now this is just crazy the covid19 restrictions have been lifted in New Jersey as well as the rest of the country. I also contacted the state of New Jersey about this suspicious practice that the store is using your manager who is responsible for the store should be fired

Desired outcome: Have this stop

CVS - Guest orders

We had a snow storm yesterday in New Jersey. My husband had to go to CVS today, Feb 2 to pick up my prescription. He went to Store #1158 on Harrison Ave in Nutley NJ. Store Manager Laura DiBiasi. My husband went to the drive thru that had signs up indicating that is was open. However, although there were other car tracks there, it wasn't plowed sufficiently. My husband's car got stuck. He told the people at the drive thru window that he was stuck. The person at the window said, we called the guy and he never came. My husband said, then why did you open the drive thru? When my husband said, what am I supposed to do? She just shrugged. My husband went in and when he told a CVS employee that he was stuck, she just walked away without a word. He followed her and she went in the back and got a dinky shovel and handed it to him. That was it. So my 61 year old husband, with prostate cancer had to try and shovel out his car. He was on the ground, under the car and no one from CVS helped him. People lined up behind him on the drive thru line, got out of their cars and walked to the window to pick up their prescriptions. No one helped him. No one in CVS helped him. He called me and I drove there with my grandson to help. I went inside for my RX. I have MS and I do not like going inside any stores. They informed me that they did not have my prescription. I called my doctors office and they told me that they sent it electronically two hours ago. They said they would send it again. When I asked them how long it would take, they said, well the pharmacist is out to lunch. The only pharmacist I assume. I told them about my husband digging out his car and she said, oh yeah I know. I don't know why the guy didn't come. That was it. After over an hour of digging, a customer of the store, not an employee, went over and helped him. I am disgusted. How could CVS open their drive thru if it was not properly plowed? And why didn't anyone in the store help him. So I am filing a complaint. I don't really expect that you'll do anything, but I am furious with this CVS and how my husband was treated.

Desired outcome: I would like the manager of CVS to apologize to my husband and explain how this could happen.
