My client and I were working there on a Saturday. She happens to be a regular. She orders coffee, drinks and food. I ordered a coffee and a peanut butter bar. I asked if the staff could change the music, it replayed 4 times, it was loud, and honestly, I have never asked this before, and felt a bit uncomfortable. The associate that I spoke with was very nice, and said sure, the rest of the staff looked over as though we had asked something out of the ordinary. The music was still loud, not changed, so my friend requested to at least lower the music. They did initially, yet it seemed as though they raised over time. They also never changed the playlist. As a business owner, it's poor service to just ignore a request. It's bad enough that the customer's request is ignored, but then not to have manners, to at least make up a story how it's difficult to change? I feel it important to bring to your attention, the lack of consideration of the staff.
Thanks, hope that there's training, as it should be a priority. Without happy clients, no success. It may seem as though it's 1 unhappy client, but that's where it starts.

Desired outcome: To have staff trained to address the issue, especially the manager or supervisor on schedule. Customer service is absolutely key!
