On Saturday I went into your branch to be greeted to an empty branch with two people standing behind the counter and your service representative looking at her cell phone. As I needed to change the name on my bank account to a new DBA I stood waiting for about 5 minutes. The service rep was too busy with her personal issues to even address me. So I decided to deposit two checks by assigning them. I asked the branch manager what information I needed to change the name of the account to a dba. She said she didnt know and called the service rep over. The representative who was a young very rude lady, obviously did not want to do the paperwork to change my account name and did not know what a DBA was. She kept on insisting that since my company is incorrectly listed in your files as a 'corporation' that I needed additional legal paperwork. Anna, the branch manager tried to help, but the young girl was very rude and unprofessional.
