Between the times of 730AM-830AM on July 22, 2022 I, as a customer, experienced a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at the Gallup, NM location by one of your employees (her name tag read as Jacklyn) and management (I did not catch managements name over the phone).
I attempted to make an appointment with the management about my complaint as a customer. He explained to me over the phone "He was not allowed to talk to strangers" and refused to hear my complaint. Even after I told him I was a customer there.
Today was the first time I ever went inside Loves to have myself a nice cup of hot coffee. After I purchased my cup of coffee I seated myself in the subway dining area. While I was seated there an employee whose name tag read "Jacklyn" kept walking around me and glaring at me. Other employees that were around me were being very nice and greeted me and said welcome to loves except her. I was minding my own business and not bothering anyone. I must've sat there approximately 15-20mins. She kept walking around me glaring that it made me feel so uncomfortable. I decided to sit out front to enjoy the rest of my coffee. As I was sitting out front, other Loves employees greeted me and were nice to me and said welcome to Loves. I must've sat outside drinking the coffee I just purchased for about another 10-15 minutes. The same employee "Jacklyn" came outside to her vehicle that was parked in front of Loves where I sat. She sat in her vehicle for a few minutes and continued to directly glare at me. That was nerve racking and made me feel unsafe that I could not enjoy my coffee anymore. Before your employee left I took down the make of her vehicle. She drove an older model silver/grey Nissan suv. I did not know what to make of this situation by one of your Loves employees to make a customer feel unsafe. I also encourage you to please take a look at the camera footage with my complaint since the manager there at Loves did not want to personally hear a customer complaint himself that I have to write this compliant. I find it strange that a manager of a store refuses to talk to a customer for any concerns about one of his employees. Usually managers want to know what is going on in their stores.
Desired outcome: The employee (Jacklyn) should not be working there if she is going to discriminate and single out a customer. And idk about how the manager went about this. It is just wrong.
