I have transferred all of my prescriptions from your store back to a competent, well staffed, pharmacy.
My Medicare advantage only covers CVS. I tried to transfer all of my prescriptions to your store on Cerillos in Santa Fe and experience a service vortex.
I pull up to the drive through, I am handicapped, and my prescription was not started. I was told that I should go to another store because this store takes 3-5 days to fill prescriptions unless I wait. I picked up my prescription 4 hours later.
I tried to order my regular medications through the site and called the number that the site prompted. The humans answering the phone had no idea and told me I would have to go into a CVS to fix the issue with my account, again, I can't walk. I tried to file a complaint and all I got was snark from the man who answered my call.
Your current CEO makes over 4 million per year, why? Your managers on site make 45 thousand. Why? The results of this disparity are obvious. Getting on this site to complain warns that your company is mostly non-responsive to customer inquiries.
I am a handicapped, 65-year-old female professional and was treated like a dog. I will see you in small claims court along with the St Christus Medicare advantage team.
I will report your actions to the Department of Aging and Disability.
