To whom it may concern,
My name is Mona ****sey. I would like to reach out to you about my complaint to one of your team managements at 209 E. Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, Nevada.
It was on Sunday 12/12/2021 at around 10am-10:30. I was treated poorly by the manager's name Marie Price. She was very rude and aggressive towards me as a customer. I came in to fill up my tank and get a coffee. As I was pulling in to station the vehicle in front of me was leaving. I thought as a courtesy I decided to move where the leaving vehicle was, so someone else can come behind me. All of a sudden there was a white vehicle coming in for that spot where I already park. I can tell, she was upset. So, I gave her a hand signal to go around me. I can clearly see she was irritated by her look and mumbling inside her vehicle. To avoid an issue, I decided to leave that spot and park on the side of the building. I planned to get a coffee first then go back and fill up my tank. As I was going inside, she was behind me and berating me that I don't know how to drive, that I should learn how to drive. So, under my breath I said shut up. She heard me and came to my face, and threw me out of the store. She was very aggressive; I did not resist to go out. She was still so mad holding the door so I cannot go in again. I just need to talk to her, but she has nothing to do with resolving the issue. As a manager, she could just go passed me when I went inside, instead, she instigated the issue by berating me. She shouldn't have to do it since I did not do anything to her, I already gave way to park away from the gas pump.
She is very rude and aggressive towards me and I do not tolerate that behavior. I called the location and was able to talked to Shawn who is in charge of the said location, apparently Marie Price is over him, so I decided to ask if I can get the number of the franchise owner. He said he is not allowed to give it, so I am hoping you can give me the owners number or help me resolve the issue. I want Marie Price to know that her behavior is unacceptable and she should get a write up for a horrible customer service. I would like to have someone contact me with this issue.
