Budget Suites of America

I have lived at Budget Suites for one year. On June 1, 2021 I was out walking my dog. A neighbor was standing in the hallway outside his room blocking the sidewalk. I walked around on the grass, leaving me to walk ontop of a large boulder which is apart of the landscaping. I fell off the boulder, breaking three bones in my foot. The manager told me their is a "Legal Department" that would resolve my issue. Later I was told the company refuses any resokution leaving me to seek to hire an attorney to tepresent me. As of now, it has been one and a half month since I have walked. As a result I cannot work and have not paid rent. My recorvery time is unknown now. Arguements between myself and the management have continued. I have spoke with three other corporate or regional managers. No one has put anything into writting. I was told when the morretoriem ends on evictions that I will be evicted for not pating rent. I have looked for attorneys yet none are willing to take my case. I feel that there is a liability the company should be responsible for. I should not be harrased ignored or evicted. The staff reflects s hostile environment towards my presence when asking the name of the attorney for the corporation. So far one regional manager offered to exclude up to three weeks rent yet I would still be evicted. Additionally I have complainted to orher authorities. The code enforcement for Clark County stated they refused to document a complaint. I would like the large boulder removed as it disrupts the area to walk a dog in. There are no designated areas to walk a dog, yet there are signs telling people to walk on the sidewalks.

The property is completly infested with chiggers they got on my dog and then to me and now im stuck here.. They have randomly ran back round checks on my visitors making them uncomfortable they with hold my mail.. There is a security guard who continues to badger me like where am I going who is in my room why would I be out at night.. Etc etc.. Now its come to the point im being bitten up by these bugs chiggers or what ever ive been have a allergic reaction to spent $400 in medicine and not counting doctor visits.. And for my pet had to get shampoo for his itchy problem as well..
