This place is beyond horrific for customers care after you purchase. All 3 appliances I purchased in a bundle deal are malfunctioning, the $3000+for just the refrigerator with glass door to light up, well the freezer ice machine stopped working after 6 months we called cause we also purchased extra service warranty besides there standard one that supposably comes with each appliance. They never came to fix or even look at it then the dishwasher is a push button with Bluetooth and all the extras well it won't run a load. It turns on and off it won't stay started it's constantly blinking. Now for over 10 months we have tried to get people to come and work on it the first guy they sent wore slippers and told us that he was smoking weed earlier. But then he mentioned that the motherboard must have an issue he said he would order another. Well we waited and had to reschedule another appointment we never got a motherboard they scheduled another appointment and nobody showed up and then they wrote us saying that they came to our home and no one was here which is not true. Six appointments have been made through their system and only two people have showed up who could not fix the machine because they keep saying they don't have the parts now they have sent the parts to my house and once again the technician said that he came and showed a picture of my house from Google Maps from 2018 there's a pickup truck I used to own and sold in 2018. This company does not offer any resolution nor people you can speak with. Their customer service phone numbers are all out of South Asia and they cannot connect you to any supervisors or a corporate number. I also called many of the corporate numbers they do have in Texas and it refers you back to the South Asia Telecommunications department they use. Please take your business somewhere else this company has named their business conn's for a reason I actually know many real cons and they have more integrity than this company. Oh by the way all the appliances are from LG and they will not warranty their own product either. minus 9 is my rating. oh there District manager Joe Herder has not done one thig to resolve or even respond to any of these issues. shame on you Conn's for treating customers like you do.
Desired outcome: Want my money back, I tried going in and using our warranty them they wanted another $2000 to chang out appliances that I hadn't even owned for 6 months.
