Las Vegas Athletic Clubs (LVAC) - Manager

I had paid $32 for my monthly membership as well as $179 to downgrade my membership. The phone member services tells me that I will have until Nov 1st to use my premium amenities. When I walked in the front desk lady tells me I can’t have a towel and I tell her the situation and she says come back after the workout and we can figure it out. When I come back there’s a short white man (manager) named “Mike” the employees wouldn’t give me a last name. Instead of listening he tells me I didn’t pay for the towels and I need to pay $85. I tell him I paid for a year membership as well as one month premium and he continues to tell me I didn’t, even though I have the receipts right there. Then he proceeds to call me ride and entitled and tells me he’s not speaking to me anymore. The man was yelling at me and throwing claims all because I asked him to fix my membership. I’ve never been so disrespected at LVAC. Is this how you treat you members? I’ve been going here 3 years now. This all occurred at the Decatur location.

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action towards manager

Las Vegas Athletic Clubs (LVAC) - Child care/ kids club

The employee working the front desk Genesis, at LVAC in Las Vegas Nevada off of Decatur should NOT be allowed to work w/ child or people. She is rude, never greets anyone who walks through the door, doesn’t watch the kids at all, she just sits on her phone. I have made multiple complaints and even her own co workers have apologized for her lack of professionalism. I have to bring my kids in the morning just so that I can trust that somebody’s gonna be watching my kids! I work a very busy military schedule it is very sad that I have to limit my schedule due to LVAC hiring unqualified employees. Not to mention I pay for this service and it’s poor quality, she’s so rude it makes me uncomfortable to even walk in the child room when she’s working.

Desired outcome: That she get additional training to work in the environment that she got hired to work in. To learn to greet people with respect every single time they walk to the door, and to put phone away when she is on the clock!
