Description of Issue: I purchased 4 apple gift cards on July 15 at the 30-97 Steinway street store, one was activated and 3 of them gave error message, as it shows on the receipt.
The manager told me to call Apple that it was not his problem, Apple said the cards were not activated because the terminal in the store had a problem.
I called CVS, the lady said I needed to call back in 2 days, but I was going overseas that day (the cards were supposed to be a gift)
Now has been a while and nobody contact me about the error, I need to fix it asap as it is charged in my credit card.
Please let me know how to solve this issue.
I will be back to USA on august 8, so please all communication should be email, text message or whatsapp.

To finalize it I would like to let it registered that the manager that was fixing the register beside mine, saw it, saw the problem happening, saw the employee helping me having difficulties and still was extremely rude, and careless regarding my issue.
I work 2 stores besides this location, had a client coming in 2 minutes, and I felt so angry and disrespected by that unprofessional, and not polite manager.
I hope to solve this issue in a timely manner.
