This has been a horrible year so for 2021 I placed my order for Edible Arrangements hoping to make things a little bit brighter.
I placed my order (W0092506219-1) on 2/12/21 to be delivered on Sun 2/14. I checked the status at 9a and it started out for delivery - lie #1.
When still NOT delivered at 4:30p I called the store
(#794 Edible Arrangements 350 Broadway, Brooklyn NY)
and after trying for 1/2 hr finally reached an employee. He stated the product left the store at 3p and that they would be delivering until 8p - not to worry it would be delivered soon - lie #2
It is 10:30p and it is still NOT delivered. All packages and deliveries must be left with the buildings security desk. The status on line states it has been delivered. I received an email and online confirmation that it was delivered - lie #3.
I spoke with security which confirmed NOTHING a was delivered today for my loved one.
My loved one is elderly, disabled AND recently widowed due to COVID. This is her 1st Valentine's Day without her husband after almost 40 yrs of marriage and she has been left waiting all day to end up with NOTHING!
How can I rectify the situation?
PLUS how can I be sure my 2 orders for tomorrow will be delivered!? (#W0092509203-1 & #W0092511680-1)
Desired outcome: Deliver Product AND Refund Holiday delivery charge
