Ideal Image

Hi, hope all is well!

I am emailing you regarding my case with an ideal image located at 8120 Transit rd. amherst Ny 14221 PH: [protected]. I filed a claim and I received a message from bbb regarding their response that someone would contact me from Ideal Image and someone did about 2 weeks later Eileen Janiga was her name. A few days later from filing the case was closed. My claim was that I paid $2000.00 dollars for a package deal of cool sculpting and cool toning. I did mt first session of cool sculpting and cool toning (1st cool toning session was free with purchase). It was very painful and made me sick and also lose feeling in my stomach. After the session I choose not to return anymore as my body can't handle it. The 1st cool sculpting was around $1,177.00 which I am not disputing. I however am disputing the credit of used funds totaling $822.00. I have to spoke to a nurse by the name of Elizabeth Schrimpf BSN, RN medical executive care specialist [protected] on january 30,2023 she asked me to please provide her with a medical note from my DR. in which I did I sent it to her february 6, 2023 at 11:11am. I have had no response and have sent follow up emails. I also spoke to Eileen Janiga, not quite sure what her title is but she expressed that the $822.00 they are keeping if I choose not to do any more services. I expressed I don't need nor want anymore services she responded basically o well ideal image will be keeping the used portion. I do not understand how a business can just keep used funds and say too bad either I have services or we are keeping your money like a form of force time. and as a medical professional myself that is unprofessional and unethical. Thank you for your time. The attachment from them states They only charged me the $1177.00

I had 5 IPL appts to get ride of my dark spots, the services was great but did not change anything on my face. I look exactly the same as I did before starting the treatments. So I paid over 1000 dollars for what? I am super upset cause this was the suggestion by the consultant without even seeing me in person. Then I was told by the nurses giving me the treatments that my skin tone is almost too dark for the treatment to work. I am super upset, a mother of 3 children and didn't have the extra money for this but was willing to try because of all the good reviews. if anyone where to ask me about Ideal image the only this positive I could say was the people working in the buffalo location where amazing. otherwise there was nothing positive I can say and don't waste your money.

February 28, 2023 had lip filler and peri oral filler. When finished I looked horrible. The PA stated it would settle and look beautiful. I called several times in tears because the lips were absolutely horrible and my upper lip looked like a monkey and my lower lip had large lumps under my lip line that was so visible. Finally I got an appointment for April 20, 2023. After they examined my lips they took pictures and said they needed to get approval for the hyaluronidase to devolve the lumps and over filled peri oral areas. I again was crying because I looked so horrible. The nurse taking the pictures gave me the name of a spa 3 miles away. They got me in that day, and they stated this was neglect on ideal images part because the wouldn't correct the issue. They gave me 2 syringes of the hyaluronidase for $300.00 & stated I would need additional syringes to have this removed. I have called, emailed and tried to call corporate from ideal image with no results or call back.. I want a refund if nothing else I want them responsible for the after care from another facility.
