McDonald's

On Sunday, 10/22/2023 at around 4:30p, I went to McDonalds. I ordered 2 McDoubles, and a 10 piece large meal with a Lemonade with the new sweet and spicy dipping sauce. I arrived home and my niece, nephew and I started to eat. I opened the chicken nuggets and they had a charcoal smell. Almost like after the bottom left overs of the grease trap from the fryer when cleaning them. I tasted one before my nephew ate it and it taste just like the smell. I had to wait for my sister to get home and replace the nuggets. I returned to the store around 5:33P to inform staff about the nuggets to replace them. It took 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. I told him about the nuggets. He rolled his eyes and asked for nuggets because I said it taste like charcoal. All the staff laughed and a manager I believe, wearing a blue shirt laughed stating “but we cook them all on there” pointing to the fryers. The staff handed me the nuggets with attitude! This was the final straw. This spot has nothing but inprofessional staff. Long nails, eye lashes, and no one was wearing a hat. No care in the world for customer service or the store.
