This morning at 6:35 AM I arrived at Wendys on Ogden and Dingers in Buffalo, NY. The worker was wonderful and took my order from the drive thru. I paid using my Bank Debit card (no manager on site so they couldn't take cash to open the drawer). I sat for a few minutes (I was now approaching the getting late for work time) and the employee asked if I could drive to the other side of the building and they would bring me my food. So I did, and then another employee came out and said they can't put the friars on because the manager still isn't here but would I like another sandwich, and I said no thank you (no way could I of eaten two sandwiches). I sat a few more minutes and decided I am really late for work so I went to the door but it was locked. So then I went through the drive thru and I told the girl employee if I could have my money back I can't wait any longer because I am now late for work. She stated she couldn't give me my money back due to the fact she couldn't open up the drawer and the manager was suppose to be there at 6:00 AM. So the sandwich was ready, I told her keep the drink, I wasn't getting the home fries because of no friar being turned on and I paid for a full meal and only got a sandwich. Well, the manager decided to show up at 6:50AM and I drove off. I was late for work. I don't know how a manager can't make it on time for work and would leave his employees to fend for themselves. Poor management!
Desired outcome: I think you should look into the Manager for that location and see if this is a normal practice of his, being late.
