This happened on sunday 11/15/2020. Went into boston market 23 w. Main st., east islip, ny 11730. I ordered 2 turkey dinners. First they did not have the regular dinner plates, they told me they had to put the turkey in these very small plates. When it came to the sides they put it in very small containers that you would get a side of gravy in. They only had 3 different sides to offer. I asked the server if I could have the cranberry source as a side and she said yes. When it came time to pay they told me I would have to pay extra for the cranberry source, I told the cashier that it was taking the place of a side being that they had very little to choose from. With that a very rude young girl comes out of the back and tells me I must pay extra. I told her that they didn't have much to choose from and the server told me I could have the cranberry source in place of a side, she told me she didn't care what she said and I would have pick from what they had. I asked to see the manager, she said she was the manager. I was shocked that a person as rude as she was in charge. This person that they have managing this store cost them a customer for a $2.00 item. I'm sure as long as they keep her in charge I wont be the last one that will never go back there

She was probably just the manager on duty. Complain to Corporate, she sounds toxic for business.
