Edible Arrangements - Order #W1002144164

The most worst experience I have ever had with you guys. Ordered a surprise arrangement for a friend on her birthday on 12/20 around 1:30pm eastern time. I got a call from the store stating their driver left for delivery that day and they can't deliver Sunday because store closes at 5pm. She then said she will waive the delivery fee abs deliver it Monday 12/21. Next day I got a call from the store around 2pm est on 12/21 that the driver can't find the location on his/her gps. I have clearly stated the address again and I was told if they have more issues finding the place will contact me again.
Around 6ish I decided to check since I haven't heard from my friend anything, whom I sent the surprise for. I tracked the order and it stated unsuccessful. Called the store, first she said driver called abs no one answered. I said I never mentioned her phone number, asked to ring the bell. So big [censored] lie, then she said driver couldn't find the place. And she said she will cancel my order when I didn't ask myself to cancel it giving me attitude on the phone.
Maybe you guys really need hire some people that can take care of the business and navigate GPS. I am very angry and I won't stop here. Cause midst of this pandemic wanted to cheer her up since she lost her father as well. You ruined every plan of mine. It's not done!

Desired outcome: Replace your employees who doesn’t care about ones feelings.

This has been a horrible year so for 2021 I placed my order for Edible Arrangements hoping to make things a little bit brighter. I placed my order (W0092506219-1) on 2/12/21 to be delivered on Sun 2/14. I checked the status at 9a and it stated out for delivery - lie #1.

When still NOT delivered at 4:30p I called the store (Edible Arrangements 350 Broadway, Brooklyn NY) and after trying for 1/2 hr finally reached an employee. He stated the product left the store at 3p and that they would be delivering until 8p – not to worry it would be delivered soon - lie #2

It is 10:30p and it is still NOT delivered. All packages and deliveries must be left with the buildings security desk. The status on line states it has been delivered. I received an email and online confirmation that it was delivered - lie #3.

I spoke with security which confirmed NOTHING a was delivered today for my loved one.

My loved one is elderly, disabled AND recently widowed due to COVID. This is her 1st Valentine’s Day without her husband after almost 40 yrs of marriage and she has been left waiting all day to end up with NOTHING!

How can I be sure my 2 orders for tomorrow will be delivered!? (#W0092509203-1 & #W0092511680-1)
