My husband is on compensation — cvs needs to call for verification on his pain medicines. They are Morphine / Percocet / & Muscle Relaxers. They always have a problem with one or two of them at any given time. They've even said they are out of stock on the phone to him but yet when he walks in he can pay out of pocket and get his medicine. He was also told that they will not reimburse him even if the insurance company okays it at a later time. This man has had two knee replacements, a back operation, shoulder operation etc. (to much to list). He's in quite a bit of constant pain and the only thing that helps are his medicines / that seem to take a back burner when it comes to cvs doing their job properly. There's even one technician that is always on the defensive when speaking to the customers, he's a male and I don't wish to have him lose his job but someone higher up in management should look into "ALL" that goes on in this one particular CVS's Pharmacy located on Main Street in Holbrook New York. They should put in a technician Spy at this pharmacy to find out why there are problems. I've heard numerous complaints from other customers.
Desired outcome: To be able to get prescriptions on time when they are badly needed.
CVS - Waited more than 45 minutes to be connected to Pharmacy and no one picked up the phone.
I waited more than 45 minutes to be connect to the pharmacy and no one pick up the phone. I needed to order pills for David Sheridan 10/29/1947.
RX 2460677. I was told by automated that the pills won't be ready till the 28th of this month. He is out of pills and needs a refill!
Desired outcome: Called customer service and I still holding on!This is some customer service!!
