Online order valued over $170 placed on 8/25/15, scheduled for pick up on 8/27/15 was neither ready nor acknowledged at the pick up site. I arrived to pick up an order that was paid in full and the incompetent employee had the nerve to give me attitude when I requested a full refund. She kept saying it wasn't her fault and made stupid excuses. I noticed that the store was totally empty, the food display was pitiful and to be quite honest poorly managed across the board. No one on site supervising so I had to wait in order to speak to someone in charge. I am turned off with this company and will warn everyone I know not to buy from here.
