To whom it may concern,
My name is Krista Evasco and I am writing this complaint letter regarding an item that I purchased last monday morning July 12 around 10:30 AM at T. J Maxx location at 407 E 59th St New York, NY 10065. I purchased a Valentino Shoes worth $599.00 and at the back of the shoes has already scratches before I purchase it, I understand it's not the main store of valentino and for reasonable price that's why I took it. I also saw some shoes got scratches at the back as well. I still bought the valentino coz it's only at the back of the shoes. It looks great in front and it is my size 6.5 I tried it on and surprisingly it's a little loose. But I still bought the shoes and thinking that I can just buy insole to make it a little tighter. When I bought the insole it's still loose. So just the following day I've decided to return it July 13. I tried returning at t. j maxx 57th street location because it's near my work but unfortunately they cannot find the barcode. They didn't say anything about the shoes they suppose to take it but the problem is the barcode. The manager told me that I need to return it at 59th street where I purchased. So I went to 59th where I bought the shoes but the manager told me that I already used the shoes. I told him I just bought it yesterday and before I buy the shoes it already has some scratches at the back. He told me that they cannot take it back and they need to check the CCTV tomorrow the following day July 14 and see if that is the real shoes that I purchased. The manager asked for my number so they can call me once they review the CCTV. I even told him why don't you review right now? The manager said because the one in charged
