On 11/02/2023 Aprox 5:31PM Ticket #1388 At the Oswego, NY Store: Placed my order, pulled to the take out window, Waited awhile, was told to pull around back by the back door and DUMPSTERS, Ok we did. Waited there for over 20 minutes, No one came out. I called the store from my Cel phone. Was told my order would be out soon. Waited another 15 mins, All of a sudden a bunch of the workers started coming out the back door by my car. I was thinking maybe shift change? They stood out there smoking, I rolled down my window and asked about my order. I was told that they had to evacuate the store. OK Not sure why... I pulled away from the building into a parking spot away from the dumpsters. As I'm sitting there STILL Waiting for our food, Customers are walking into the building and no workers inside. Now my question is WHY are there customers walking inside the building? The door was NEVER locked Nor customers were told to wait and not to enter? Very poorly managed!
I finally was brought my order out after another 15 Mins. After the long wait and spending almost $40.00 I had to DRIVE Back to the store... Never got our Cole slaw! No sorry, No nothing! I understand things happens but really! Took OVER a hour to get our order... Then had to drive BACK to the store again! The time before this the top was NOT put on the gravy tight. It dumped all over my car and food. What is going on at the Oswego Store?
Desired outcome: At least a sorry it took so long , or here is a coupon, or we will give you something extra for your lost time.......Anything! NOPE! NOTHING!
