I was over my oil change mileage and was aware, I went to get my oil changed and when I got my car back my engine started making a very loud clicking noise and started losing power after 40 minutes of getting it back and the oil gauge was still popping up on the dash still. My car was not doing this prior to the oil change. I had called them explaining my car was not doing this or even was close to losing power until they did the oil change and I retrieved my car back. Not even 40 minutes later it sounded like my car was about to blow up, they told me to bring it in to look at to see if it’s their fault or not if it was they would resolve the issue. I took the chance and drove the car there and sat across the street , I watched them pull my car to the back or wherever and not even two minutes later pull it back out to their parking lot so I’m fully aware nothing was even checked because it’s impossible to put a car on a lift and check it within a 2-3 minute time span . My cars now been sitting there for 10 minutes, I’ve received no call as I believe they are waiting to make it seem like they checked it little do they know I’m sitting across the street at subway watching them and watching all this happen. Meanwhile my cars the only thing I have because of my current situation of being homeless it’s been my home and the only thing I’ve had to even be able to keep even a little bit of hope for anything. Now I have nothing.

tech had ripped my tie rod boot to make it seem like it was ripped before when I knew for a fact it was not. As I had a ford dealership do a pre alignment check the day prior and I had known what it looked like prior to bringing it there. He just did not want to do alignment. Very rude. I had requested a tire rotation and it was not done. Very dissatisfied

I had a lug nut that was bad. Two years ago it was bad and they replaced it, today I had the car inspected and the lug nut was bad again. I took it back and they said they would fix it come back in 2 hours.
I came back and nothing was done, in fact they said I was lying.
A customer I was with had waited for his truck for 2 days, he ask for his key and went across the street to Midas. I ask for my key and followed him over and go the lug nut fixed. I was telling Midas about what happened and a girl waiting said the same thing happened to her, she will never go back as well as I will never go back. They do not care about customers.
