My mother was scheduled for 2nd dose of shingrix vaccine at CVS, 935 Ridge Rd, Webster, NY 14580.
I am my mother care giver.
At her vaccine appointment, was told that vaccine was not available, pharmacist blamed automated computer system, refused to connect me with the manager and refused assuming responsibility for not providing the service, making sure that the vaccine is available before patient shows up, after pharmacy reminder sent for the appointment.
Claimed loss: Lost time. CVS is not entitled to my time. As we are asked to make an appointment to help CVS work flow, CVS should also be responsible for cancelling, rescheduling appointment before patient shows up for service.
Desired outcome: I would like that CVS employees take responsibility for their misses, rather then hide behind a software. I would like an explanation for this behavior.
