On Mother's Day, I had the unfortunate experience of encountering Tyrone at the above mentioned site. It appears to be a given that when people enter Mavis with a tire problem, they're usually experiencing some level of stress and expect to be treated kindly, not to add to their current stress level. Your employee, Tyrone was oppositional, uncooperative and unaccommodating every step of the way. His whole demeanor was quite unkind and curt. This is a rare occurrence for me because i happen to be a very gracious customer, never looking for a problem.
This man proceeded to make me feel like a nuisance for needing service on my tire. I'm hoping that someone will speak to him regarding his bedside manner for lack of a better phrase. Personally, i will never go back to that location as dealing with him at the front desk was a truly unfavorable, condescending experience.
It is noteworthy to mention, that i have frequented this site on other occasions and have never encountered such disrespect!
The young men that are in the inner area that complete the service requests were gentleman, well mannered and aiming to help!
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could reply to this complaint, as i'd Like to follow up as to how this is being handled.
