Went to the 5229 Montgomery Rd, Norwood, OH 45212 on 4/7/2021 5:45PM for my second vaccine. First I want to mention that for the 1st shot I went in and was greeted at a check in table. My IDs were requested and temp was taken then directed to follow the arrows to the back towards the pharmacy. There was a clean area and a nurse who again asked for my ID and then gave me the shot and I didn't even feel it. Nice experience. Yesterday 4/7/2021 walk in no check in area a sloppy hand written note for vaccine go to pharmacy. I go back and noticed the arrows no longer on the floor people milling around no social distancing and the store did not appear or feel clean.
My reason for filing this complaint is - when I went back to the pharmacy a woman in a white coat says COVID? Have your card? Does not ask me my name and just types in what's on the card and asked which arm I wanted the shot in. I asked are you not going to ask for my ID or insurance card for verification? She just stares at me and says well I have your information in the computer. I said that I could be anyone, it's a hand written paper card and you don't ask for ID? Stares at me again and just says left or right arm? This does not make sense to me. We all have a responsibility when it comes to controlling this pandemic, the least that someone can do is ask for ID. This store needs to be cleaned up and the personnel trained to be more professional and appear to want to be at work.
