Panda Express - horrible customer service from manager & employee / uncooked shrimp

I ordered a fire cracker shrimp plate at the steelyard commons location in Cleveland, Oh. When I got home to eat my food I noticed my shrimp was undone. I then called the store to complain. When I called I asked for the manager and the female who answered the phone stated she was the manager and asked what I needed. Once I stated my complaint she then put someone else on the phone. Therefore, that there alone tells me the female that answered the phone was being mendacious when she stated she was the manager. When the other female got on the phone she stated she was the manager and I told her my concerns. I told her I was sold uncooked shrimp which can cause salmonella poison. She then stated the shrimp wasn't undercooked and I then told her it was and I have pictures and the food as well to prove it. She then asked for my name and I told her my name and I then stated to her I'm happy I didn't give it to my children being that they are too young to identify if something isn't done. I also told her they have to be careful because they can get a lawsuit if they are selling people undercooked food and cause them to get salmonella poison. The female then hung up on me. I then called back and they kept the phone off the hook so the line would stay busy for the next 30 min. Finally after thirty minutes the phone rang and I asked to speak with manager the female then stated she was the manager I then asked for her name
she stated Breonna. I asked why did she hang up on me and she hung up on me again. I proceeded to call back and someone kept picking the phone up and would not say anything. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life! There is no way a paying customer should be treated like this. Myself and my family spend alot of money with the franchise to have to endure such treatment. I feel hurt, disrespected, and angry at the way I was treated and I really feel something needs to be done to rectify this matter. All in all, the undone food is secondary to the way I was treated.
