I purchased Producers Pride Sentinel Chicken Coop, that cost $399.00 plus tax. The staff was polite and helpful. The box had a good size tear in it, but I didn't think anything of it. I figured it just got damaged from it being shipped to the store. I got it home, but left it in my van for a few days before I had time to put it together. I opened up the box and started putting it together tonight. To my disappointment, several of the main parts have bent wood/metal. Some of the metal was so bent that we had to use tools to fix it to even assemble it. The picture on the box is very misleading, which makes it look fairly large. Again, to my disappointment its the size of a doll house. So I got on the website to look up the item for comparison. I wish I would have seen the website version before purchasing it. I would have purchased a larger one. Overall, very dissatisfied with this purchase.

Someone with large hauling abilities can come and pick this damaged coup up for a full refund to purchase an undamaged, larger coup, already assembled and delivered at no charge. If that is not acceptable then an In store credit for 50% off purchase price to keep the damaged item.
