Tractor Supply review: Management

My name is Kelly Dougal. My son Damon Dougal was employed with tractor supply in Hanover township pa. Last week I was in the store and witnessed a manager talking to an employee in an inappropriate manner within ear shot of customers so I sent in a complaint about it via email. I listed my maiden name and actually my parents address on the complaint to ensure my son dealt with no repercussions. The complaint was sent directly to the manager that I had wrote the complaint about and they included my son’s name on the complaint. The manager then showed the complaint to all my son’s co workers causing him emotional distress as to which he could not return. I called and spoke with the manager whom lied to me about the whole incident. A co worker actually told Damon what he had done. I then called customer support as he had told me too to speak with someone in regards to this manner. I was told the DM would be in contact with me within a day or two. That was Monday and no one has has reached out to me yet. I want this issue taken care of. I have more than enough right to file a complaint whether my son works there or not and then to humiliate him because you’re upset the complaint was about you is absolutely disgusting.
