Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC] - Did not fill transmission fluid

My name is Jasmine Frederick, since moving to Huber Heights, OH this is my 2nd time using the Valvoline on Brandt Pike (040120). My 1st visit was unpleasant as they did not fill my coolant, causing my engine to over heat. This 2nd time (10-18-2021) @10:46am I went in, and bought an air filter, and headlight as well as my casual oil change ($100.00) Once again I had to ask them if they had filled ALL fluids, and they agreed they had. Not even 20 minutes later while doing my normal errands my car engine started reving up and my AT light had come on. (Automatic Transmission Light), I had both my kids in my car (one a newborn) and could not go over 35 MPH which made me have to take back roads home. I had to call my fiancé to leave his job to come and get my children (lost pay for half a day) and try my best to get my car home as I did not want to leave it on the side of the road. I called the valvoline on BRANDT pike on my way home, and asked them what they had done to cause this, as my car was driving fine before. They decided to have a man named Robert come out, who specifically remembers being the one in charge of filling all fluids on my car that morning. As he pulls up to my home and is under the hood of my Mazda 6, 2010 he states everything is filled and goes to do a meter run on the AT light to see where my cars complications are coming from. My fiancé then pulls out the dipstick to the ATV and sees it's BONE DRY. He then asks the Maintence man Robert if he saw this, and he stated he wrote off that the transmission valve was SEALED. However it was not. They failed to even check properly which could have BLOWN MY TRANSMISSION, with BOTH of my children inside before my fiancé had arrived. He also came to the house with 0 transmission fluid, and refused to get more, instead he offered we come back so we wouldn't have to buy fluid. However we declined and agreed we WILL NOT BE USING ANOTHER VALVOLINE again. What's the worst part about it, I'm a stay at home mom and can not always get my children in and out of the car to go to a shop for an oil change so Valvoline has always been my go to. Now we have to find another company to do our oil changes and fluid changes due to this negligence. I'm very disappointed, and pray there was no real damage done to my transmission.

Desired outcome: Free oil changes for a year, transmission fluid flush, etc. damage to transmission
