I called ahead to make sure the store I was buying my battery from could give me free installation as promised on your website. I was assured they could given the make and model of my vehicle and the battery type in question. When I arrived, after pulling my car into the service bay and an approximate 15 minute wait, I was informed that they had no one trained to install my battery. I then had to find a place that would install the battery I purchased at your store. It ended up costing me an additional $37.54 and another 1/2 hour of my time. Had I known this prior, I would, and will in the future, shop elsewhere.
