Ponca city location tried charging us over $2500 for an S22 phone and over $3500 for a PS5, and when we turned the PS5 back in, the store manager not only did not factory reset the device, he TOOK IT HOME and allowed his family to have access to our accounts through it! I have screenshots of him admitting to all this. we also have a charge to our card that was denied, that happened while my husband and I were neither one online. I've called the customer service line every day for the last 5 days and have not received a response yet!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the over charges, and I would like disciplinary action to be taken against this employee!

I hate to say this but you are kind of Responsible at least in part for this whole mess. Before you even returned the Ps5 back to Rent A-Center you should have deleted your account from the Console. As far as the charge on your credit card I would dispute it with the bank. But regardless it was careless just to leave your account on your console where anyone could access it.
