About 8 months ago I had set up an appointment to get an alignment done and new tires put on. Before my appointment I had brand new upper control arms and lower bearings put on my truck. There were white paint marking so everything could be put back to the same threads and same position. So my truck went in to the appointment. The put on my new tires and "fix the alignment." I paid for everything and left. Here we are 8 months later and my trucks tires are showing wire cord to the inside. I had only driven about 3000 miles in that time frame. So I looked to see if they actually aligned it like they said. All the marking were still exactly at the same point. Nothing got moved or changed yet they charged me for it. I called them and they had me bring the truck in for inspection. Then they told me they couldn't align the camber because the truck would require special aftermarket parts. So they charged me for nothing, they didn't tell me anything aboit it before and now I had to buy a new set of tires, aftermarket camber parts, and they charged me for another alignment.
