6/1/23 > chicken was overcooked. hardly any gravy on potatoes. did not want drink but could not get price reduced or get a substitute like coleslaw. Almost everyone allows substitutions now. Almost everything seems overpriced. No senior discount. If you do not get with the program, you are going to lose even more business. Customers do not like the "can't do" attitude. The S. Commercial, Salem OR restaurant is never very busy. I used to love this place. Too, bad!
Desired outcome: Give your customers a break. Be a little more flexible. Maybe add a "build your own" meal. Wanted 2 breast but had to settle for a breast and a wing. Had to pay for a drink I did not want and did not accept.
