Cracker Barrel - I was charged 2 times for the same meal on two different days

On April 1 my wife and I ate at Altoona store we used a UPMC gift card it was to be used a credit card it was rejected by store so I paid with discover card on Friday I tried to use same UPMC gift card at Walmart it was rejected so I call credit card company and I was told the store was paid 20 dollars and change I again stated that the store said card was rejected. The credit card company said on my fifth the same card was charged again for the same amount so again I paid with discover. I have contacted the store and the manager said there is nothing he could do, I want to be reimbursed for the 2 transaction I had to pay with my Discover card. This is not a lot of money, but how many other people ran a UPMC git card and were rejected and then paid by another method. I saw first hand a woman tried to use a UPMC card and it was rejected same as me. My wife and I go to cracker barrel quite often. When I asked the store today about the UPMC card I was told by them, they can't process UPMC but they did 2 times to me. This could be a large problem, how many people did this happen to. All I am asking is to be reimbursed around 42 dollars I can look back on my Discover bill and tell you the exact amount if you need that thanks ill wait to hear from your company thank you, Joe fisher
