KFC - extra crispy thighs, mashed potatoes

I called the complaint in about the workers but forgot to mention the quality of the food was not good for the name of KFC. The chicken must have been laying in about an inch on oil on the warming tray it was so greasy the box fell apart in the 5 minutes it took me to get home. There was only about a teaspoon of gravy on the the potatoes. The pepsi dispenser was empty. When I told them it needed changed I was ignored. The lids were empty. I will never be returning to this establishment ever. The last several time going to this one has had bad service and rude workers not getting what I order and after this time sealed the deal. This place needs a total over haul and cleaned up inside will never bring me back to this location.
