after waiting 15 minutes to get to the speaker, I was told it would be another 15 minutes until I could order because it was 3:30 in the afternoon and they were changing shift. When I told them I shouldn't have to sit here and wait while they change shift, the woman said I was being rude and she wasn't going to wait on me at all. She said I should go somewhere else to eat. So what's the point of these complaints when from what I'm reading this is typical behavior at so many Wendy's restaurants? This happened on 9/11/21 at the 5103 Jonestown RD in Harrisburg PA. Where's the beef? You'll have a hard time getting it at Wendy's. Poor Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave. He never would have accepted such terrible customer service. May I make a suggestion? How about drug testing your employees. Because they are either on drugs on just plain bullys. I was dining in at this same location peviously, when one employee at the counter repeatedly called another employee a "[censored]". No children in the restaurant, but the adults did not want to hear that language either. Not the first time I've heard bad language from employees at Wendy's. Yet it's supposedly the customers who are rude. DRUG TEST! DRUG TEST!
Desired outcome: Take franchise right away from the locations that repeatedly insult customers!
