We were having a small get together with my daughter&husband who has gluten allergy, found Red Robin, when we went to order waitress said they were out of gluten free bread the truck would come tommorow, I explained we specifically came here because it was advertised on the website, she said you should of called first. No apologies, let me see what we can do for you, just BAD customer service! My husband was forced to order a more expensive item, that evening a get a email for a BOGO special (after we left) Also was charged for playing a stupid game (which is not clarified beforehand) very disappointed with this experience!
