I have high blood pressure that requires medication management to prevent a stroke. Two months in a row, my medication was not ready in a timely manner. This month, my medication was ordered on 11-18-2020 by my physician's office. The "promise time" was 11-19-2020 at 0842. I arrived today 11-19-2020 at 312 pm at the drive thru to pick it up. I waited in line 20 minutes, got to the window and it still was not ready. Was told to come back in one hour, I refused and said I would wait. Was told I could not, as covid testing was taking place in drive thru and took priority. Is your company placing more value on the lives of people who may or may not have covid over those with other serious medical conditions? I was told to come inside the store and she would get it for me. I went in, and was told again I would have to wait an hour. I waited another 25 minutes before it was ready. Was told they were short staffed but yet, staff were taking breaks. You don't get a break if you are that behind in taking care of people. I am a rn, I don't get "a break" when behind in my shift. The exact same scenario happened last month, except there was no covid testing to use as an excuse. This will be the last prescription I get filled here. By the way, an elderly woman, clearly a cancer patient was also inside the store trying to get her immune boosting drug for use after chemo because it was not ready and they made her leave the drive thru line and come inside to wait. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If you don't have enough staff, shut it down. Store #10250. And on another note, the girl who works the front register with a speech impediment is the rudest person I have ever seen. She pushes all of the items to the very edge of the counter, closest to customer and will refuse to ring up items if they are not perched on the edge in a single row. You are unable to put 2 "rows" on the counter, she pushes them back into your cart. I don't know who is in charge of this location. But my husband and I shop here at least once a week, but I am done, and if I am done, so is he.

It does not matter if they are short staffed by law they are entitled to breaks. Also if you are going to behave like a child please stop calling grown women girls., They are not going to shut down the pharmacy just because a child like yourself is impatient and thinks she is better than other people.
