I am very disappointed with your store (CVS) today. I went there to pickup a Rx and get some other supplies as I do often.
Today, there was no where to park. You used to have 2 Handicap parking spots, now you have one and it is usually taken. Today there was a couple of trucks blocking some of the parking so I just waited until someone left. I have to say that I have been going to this store for about 20 years. The one pharmacist (Tanya Munn) is great. The store manager... blah. I report problems and he just shrugs his head. Today I waited inline to p/u Rx for 20 minutes. The checkout guy didn't know what he was doing and it caused a backup like I have never seen. People in line were saying they never saw things this bad. No wonder people are going to Rite Aid and other places. I am considering doing the same thing. Disgusted and ready to move on. Oh yeah, when I write, no one ever responds from CVS! Imagine that?
