On 9/27/23 took my 2015 Chrysler 200 to Mavis 763 Bethlehem Pike Montgomeryville [protected] for tires need front brakes which was fine. Also asked that they check front end as I heard rattling. Everything per Mavis fine just needed front brakes in addition to tires. Went back 10/2/23 due to rattling in front, advised I needed struts. Which also did not rectify my issue. Came back after spending $1264 and problem not resolved. They told me struts were bad that they put on were bad and they would need to order better struts and would contact me once struts came in. Needless to say, I had to contact them as I did not hear from them and made my own appointment indicating that I would be bringing my vehicle in that next morning. Took vehicle in 10/12/23 it took 4 hours they took out to test drive and manager tells me that they did not hear noise anymore but if noise comes back I need to take somewhere to have my vehicle diagnosed, WTF! I got in my car to leave and that same noise was still there and they brushed me off, ignoring me. I will now do this legal way. I have an appointment at my dealership Friday and will be coming back for reimbursement from Mavis.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for misdiagnosed by your SO CALLED MECHANICS! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FEMALES.
