I started banking w bc years ago I was in a bad just got out. You had 2nd chance banking you the only ones that took me. With that I've been humiliated talked at by staff that u are on there time ridiculous. So I'm still rolling w yall even after all the charges the [censored]. I knew starting a company that I was not going to allow you guys to be involved. I go to pnc w my business account they treat me the same [censored]ing way violated me crazy. I come back to you hey I got these cashier pnc checks for 21gs whatever I want to open an account for the company. I going to the manager lady it was about 4 430 check the [censored]ing tapes. Noone speaks English I don't know what country I'm in. I'm getting. Questioned told my documents are fake. I told this woman I've been locked out of funds for 52 days I told the struggle. I told her how important it was to me to watch the eagles this night. She made no effort to help again Spanish all around me. They get there checks cashed. I'm confused this lady was awful wasted my time and told me she wasn't cashing the check bc of uncommon activity vcrazy I've been w u guys long time never didn't have checks I don't care the amount I wasn't asking for it I needed 5 to purchase a trailor for my company it was almost happily that I was declined. I was polite unorthodox I talk w my hands but not an aggressive tone at all a jovial demeanor. I was not happy I was tired told no everywhere [censored] on and in need to get to work my bank told me unusual activity w a smile. I politely ask the lady if I was Spanish would it have worked in my favor a simple question. With an ounce of professionalism could handle a frustrated some time out of line customer WATCH the tape. Instead was met with wild aggressive anger I was called a rascist I'm not sure why. I don't value people by there skin tone or would get in the way of them living. I wish I could show this real rascist woman a family picture if mine ain't nobody look alike. I've spent many a nights places I don't want to be as the minority but it don't worry or [censored]ing scare me. I don't give a [censored] about what yall doing w these Spanish I have a good damn idea but don't give a [censored]. But don't bring your pot calling the kettle black [censored] to my [censored]ing door step. I'm offended absolutely absurd

Desired outcome: You are going to open my [censored]ing business and kindly help this guy get some [censored] right in his life. I want a business loan for 50 at reasonable rates my credit u look the other way I think this is nominal if my counsel gets the tapes.
