Saturday afternoon at 360 Harbison Blvd, Columbia S.C. 29212 Location.
My Husband and I went to this location to cash his SSI check. We spoke to two ladies and the third one came into the bank from next door. I asked her do this location sells hot fresh chicken. She replied I don't work in that area.
My husband said to the young lady that he wanted to deposit and cash the check. The young lady gave him a deposit slip. He asked the young lady how to fill the slip out because he could not see. I looked at the slip and the first option was cash. I said to her we are not doing cash so how should we fill the slip out. The young lady said I can't forge a signature. I replied to her you are not forgeing any signature you just show us how to fill the slip out. The young lady snatched the paper from my husband. I called her a Donkey. The White Manager came over to her drawer got the paper from her and told her to walk in the back. The young moved in front of the bank. Stood next door threatened me to walk out the bank for her to fight me. The young and I going back and forth cussing each one out I left the bank and my husband.
My husband, the security guard and the young lady walking outside of Walmart. The young girl is bouncer up and down saying we outside The security grab the lady girl she jumped over him my husband swang at the girl because she jumped toward me. We went in the car and the out of control girl cussing outside the bank.
Desired outcome: My husband's account needs to be reopened. A new dept card without a fee plus the young girl needs to be fire and the manger needs to be fire as well because she could not stop her employee from treating customer.I need a copy of the video.
