Mavis Discount Tire

I made an appointment on the website Saturday, 10/29/2022, for a car inspection that I had set for Monday, 10/31/2022. When I had arrived at Mavis for my inspection which was set for 11am at the Trexlertown Mavis, I had walked in to let them know I was there for my appointment, the guy had asked me my name and what I was there for I had told him I had an appointment for my car inspection that I made on the website and then he proceeded to say that the inspection tech was off today to give me a second that the other guy was on the phone. The guy then that was on the phone got off the phone and had said a name in which was not my name so then I proceeded to tell him my name and goes, "Oh that's right you had your appointment for 11 am, the inspection tech is off today, and I didn't get a chance to call you to reschedule" I said if the inspection tech is off today and you saw I had scheduled my car for inspection then that should have been a call first thing letting me know that there is no one that can service my car. I drove 30 minutes to get there and wasted gas that I don't have right now, to have someone tell me that the inspection tech was off when it could have been a simple phone call first thing in the morning or at least before 11am.. It is a shame that Mavis has really gone down, I have been going to them since they opened the one in Hamburg, I used to go the one in Hamburg however they don't do car inspections anymore as well has just very shady people. However, after today incident I will be taking my business else where.
