Hello. I am contacting you to make a complaint about your Advance Auto store located at 6500 Market street Upper Darby Pa. To make a long story short, my son and I went into your store on Tuesday evening 03/02/2021 to purchase some tail lights for his car that we had just purchased. First of all we were ignored for about 10 minutes while the Manager, or parts Manager held conversation; after they finished conversating I said excuse me can some one help us with tail light bulbs for my car. The manager or at least I assumed he was the manager because he was fumbling with some receipts. Here's the thing that bothered me the most; I ask him to borrow a Philips head screw driver to take the bulbs out of the car so I could replace them all. He look at me and said you need to "buy" a screw driver, because I don't have any screw drivers to lend; So I said are you kidding me and he said you heard me right. I was shocked and bewildered and did not know what to do next, my son and I, we just left and headed to Auto zone, where we were able to get all the tools we needed to get the job done. As a long time customer of Advance Auto, I hope that this doesn't fall on death ears.
Desired outcome: IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
