I went to kfc drive thru on January 31, 2023 at about 11:15 am and sat at the ordering screen for a few minutes before I pulled up to the window when I got to the window I saw multiple employees look over at me and then walk away. Finally, a woman came over and told me the drive thru isnt working, that I would need to come inside. I asked if I could just order there but she said her manager wouldn’t let her do that and “either come inside or never come the [censored] back”.
Well don’t worry, I wont be back anytime soon. A few co workers and I used to go here for lunch often, but after all the attitude we get just ordering food there in the past year, we are all done

KFC - poor service/ lack of attention to detail
I am reaching out because this is the second time that kfc has forgotten my food. The first time I left it alone because they alone forgot my cookies, but the second time they forgot my potato wedges and my biscuits. I would just like to say I won't be returning to that location again, the service has been terrible. I however would still like to be compensated for my food I did not receive. The employees seemed to be goofing off and had poor lack of attention to detail. This happened about 8pm on 10/23/19.
