On July 30, 2021 I purchased a LG Clothes Dryer from Lowes on Garner Ferry Road in Columbia. When I called in the morning I was told they had none in stock regarding the one I had chosen. My husband called shortly after I called and he was told they had one in stock so I immediately went and purchased it. The delivery was Sunday, August 1, 2021. I was given a window of delivery between 11:30 and 3:30. They arrived at 3:00 and I was asked where the power cord was. I had no idea that they did not come with the dryer so therefore I had to go to Lowes to get the power cord, duct work and clamps. I should of been told this at the time of purchase. I made many attempts to contact the manager or assistant manager to make my complaint, after numerous times calling and finally an associate answered and did not seem to care. After calling back and speaking to another associate I was put on hold for 45 mins. I hung up and tried again today. I left my name and phone number with customer service to have management call me and have never received a call.
Desired outcome: I have always bought my appliances at Lowes but I will consider shopping at another store in the future if the customer service does not improve. My name is Sandi Hunter, 605 Valhalla Drive, Columbia, SC 29229 if you care to contact me.

I will NEVER order anything from Lowes again! never! They are totally unprofessional and do not care to fix a problem once they have been paid!
I replaced ALL of my windows with their PELLA brand. I signed the contact on 7/29/20 with the Lowes located at 10106 Two-Notch Rd, Columbia, SC 29223 (Store #2356). I paid on that day $5, 548.91 for the whole project and was assured that the windows would be installed no later than mid September. John Delaney, who sold me the windows, would not call me back with an install date, I found out he had transferred to Florida out of the blue without telling me. I have been bounced around from one new rep to another, who never called me back or kept me up-to-date on anything. I finally got the windows installed on October 12, 2020! low and behold one window was the wrong size! go figure!
I spent hours on the phone - being put on hold, then hang up on! I have made 4 trips to the store to speak with the Manager Luke. I finally got my window on February 6, 2021! and low and behold again, the screen is a full screen instead of a half screen! I have gone back to the store and spoken with the manager, Luke 4 times, and every time he said they are going to fix it this time! and again, happened!
Well, I went back to the store yesterday, April 29, 2021 and Luke was not there of course. Johnathan, the Installation Manager is now gone, so I had no one to talk to for my 5th visit to the store. I was told by India that they do not give out District/Region manager's names or phone numbers! this is unbelievable! I tried to call the "Corporate" phone number she gave me [protected], and this is AGAIN one of their phone numbers where you end up on hold without talking to a single soul!
We are tired, fed up with that treatment LOWES CORPORATE! look up my PO #[protected] (invoice 70220 and invoice 70221) and
YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME!
Desired outcome: I want my window screen!
OMG! How awful. Strange, I used to have great purchases experience with Lowes. But suddenly, everything going wrong. I sure hope you get your money back ALL OF IT. TOday( 4/30/21) I had my bad experience with a dishwasher delivery-they tried to get me to keep an item that's wasnt what I ordered. Wish me luck 4 hours trying to reach someone.
