I went to Minute Clinic to get refills on my blood pressure medication. My blood pressure was elevated at the time. I have "white coat" syndrome. Because my blood pressure was elevated, an ambulance was called and I was FORCED to be taken to the hospital. I was told by the blonde women (a doctor there or a nurse practioner who was rude) that the hospital would hook me up to an IV to reduce my blood pressure and would return me to my car via the hospital shuttle. I went. The hospital did NOTHING and after being there for over an hour, a nurse came in and handed me refills for my blood pressure medication! That's it. I had to hire an UBER to take me back to my car! I was LIED to at Minute Clinic and will sue for any out-of-pocket expenses I get. I will be SUING CVS and will NEVER step foot into another CVS for the rest of my life!
Claimed loss: You will know as soon as I get a bill from the Minute Clinic, Ambulance and Hospital.
Desired outcome: I want to be compensated for the sever distress my visit to the Minute Clinic located at 2996 E Highway 501, Conway, SC 29526, the ambulance bill, the hospital bill, my UBER expense and any other expenses I incurred.

CVS never answers the phone so you can't verify your new prescription in any way. The phone system never put's you through to the pharmacist anymore. Their minute clinic is a joke with subpar doctors. I witnessed a "doctor" sneaking people in the back to be seen ahead of everyone in line. They are a franchise, like a fast-food "restaurant." And they don't want to give it to you your way. My advice is to find a small mom and pop drug store or sign up for Costco which has a great pharmacy.
